摘要

A level-by-level scheme of readout in three-dimensional media for optical-memory systems is stud- ied. It is shown that a layer (data carrier) can be separated by creating a permittivity profile having a strong irreg- ularity near the separated layer. This provides a dominant effect of this layer on the properties of the detected optical wave. The parameters determining the storage capacity of this system are estimated. The possibilities of implementing this system are considered.
