摘要

The elemental compositions and distribution profiles of impurities, as well as chemical states of molybdenum powder samples produced by various techniques, are analyzed by the Auger electron spectros- copy and secondary ion mass spectrometry methods. The Auger spectra of molybdenum powder samples obtained by the hydrometallurigical and plasma techniques are compared. Chemical shifts of the molybdenum auger peaks are determined using a formula derived by the authors.
