On the Theory of a Long Beam of Electromagnetic Waves

Problems in choosing antenna shapes and the field distribution over a transmitting antenna are considered. Under the assumption of the validity of a particular hypothesis, the maximum value of the energy transfer factor for two antennas with specified areas is determined. The possibility of satisfying certain ecological requirements is considered.
