摘要

The scheme of the three-dimensional (3D) optical memory with layered data storage is analyzed. A pair of holograms is used as an information layer. The possibility of the mutual compensation of contributions from the layer holograms into the diffracted wave is demonstrated upon appropriately choosing the hologram material. Methods to break the conditions for the compensation of the contributions that allow the selective readout of the given information layer are proposed. The problem of the accuracy of the readout wave vector is considered. The recommendations on the practical realization of the optical memory schemes are presented.
