摘要

For complex planer periodic structures, a system of spectral-domain integral equations is obtained. The unknowns in the equations are the coefficients of 2D Fourier transforms of the current density on strips and the tangential electric fields in slots. The number of dielectric layers, strips, and slots is not bounded. The system is solved by means of the Galerkin method with a basis taking into account the edge singularity. The singular (static) component of the kernel is separated and analytically transformed.
