Electroluminescent Panel Based Optical Radiation Sensor

摘要

The possibility of using electroluminescent panels as sensors for optical radiation is considered. The presence of a photodielectric effect was noted in them. Oscillograms of the current and voltage of the electroluminescent panel are shown. The dependences of the electric capacity of electroluminescent panels on the level of external illumination are obtained. A block diagram of a system designed to control an electroluminescent panel as a radiation sensor has been developed.
