Current Status and Problems about Distance Eduction -Towords Tele-Eductation Serices-

Recently many types of application services have become available on the network as a result of falling prices and rising speeds of the network. Especially, educational applications get a lot of atten- tion. Many educational projects on the Internet are going on including K-12 in the U.S.A and NTT's Konetto-plan in Japan. This paper describes the feasibility of Tele-Education services from the view- point of its users and discusses some techniques.
