With the development of the Internet, OCN, and personal computer network services, many social activities could be conducted electronically on communication networks. In such a Cyber Society, not only Joining-type communication, in which a user traverses around a virtual shopping mall, but also Requesting-type communication, in which a user enjoy services by requesting a delegate or agent, what we call Agent Communications in this paper, will play an important role.
