As drug scams go, it was easy. According to Florida police, all it took was a phone call to a drugstore from someone posing as "Dr. Noel Scidmore," an oncologist with an office in Tallahassee. The doctor was calling in a prescription for the sedative Xanax but, oddly, neglected to specify a quantity of the drug. A suspicious night-shift pharmacist called back, but Dr. Scidmore couldn't be contacted. A little after 1 a.m., police arrested the woman who they say had driven to Walgreens to pickup the prescription―24-year-old Noelle Bush, daughter of Gov. Jeb Bush and niece of the president.
