Now that the suit fashion, Steven Pincus couldn't be happier. When the business-casual trend was peaking, Pincus, the president of an insurance-brokerage firm, was never quite sure what to wear to work. "It's hard to sense what business casual should be," says Pincus, who recently plunked down $1,000 for two suits and a blazer. "It's better to be overdressed than underdressed."
