When 8-year-old Charlie Fratto was cast last fall as one of the 4,000 performers in this Friday's opening ceremonies, the young dancer had never before seen a second of the Olympic Games. Nor had he ever taken a confidentiality oath, let alone one seven minutes long. Before Charlie could even begin two and a half months of unpaid rehearsals in freezing wind and numbing snow, he had to pledge not to reveal a single word about the ceremonies. One pesky classmate kept asking Charlie what he would be wearing, pleading like a gossip columnist, "I need to know." But the Salt Lake area third grader stood firm, thanks to some tips on dissembling handed out during Olympics orientation. "They said, 'If anybody asks you, just say, 'It's the greatest show on earth'," Charlie explains. "If they ask again, change the subject to 'How much snow do you think we'll have?'"
