The government decides how fast you can drive, but should it dictate how hard Kirsten Dunst can party? Writer-director John Stock-well's "crazy/beautiful" is a cautionary tale of an unruly 17-year-old named Nicole (Dunst), who smokes dope, guzzles booze and scores drugs at her local Coffee Bean. At least that's what it was supposed to be. Thanks to fallout from last year's Federal Trade Commission hearings, the movie tamer than Stockwell see next week is a whole lot tamerthan Stockwell originally hoped.
