From the Collection of... Graham Radcliffe, part four

Continuing the series featuring images from our treasured photographic archive or member collections, in this issue we draw on Graham Radcliffe's images from our Ava archive. Born in Wellington on 23 November 1943, Graham Tuaraki Radcliffe was the eldest of four children. Graham's fascination with railways started when as a toddler he made it down to the nearby Ngaio station, without his mother's knowledge! Starting at Ngaio primary, Graham followed on to Onslow College, where he completed his seventh form year in 1961. As a member of the Society from 1961, Graham was a regular contributor of railway images to the NZ Railway Observer and participated in the activities of both the Wellington and Manawatu branches of the Society.
