The company also announced a model with a capacity of 250 Gb.Samsung Electronics claims that the 640 Gb model of the Spinpoint MP4 is the highest capacity 2.5 inch HDD with a rotation speed of 7200 rpm in production. The company intended to start shipping the HDDs in April 2010.
