Clarke lays down gauntlet on low carbon economy

Former Atkins chief executive Keith Clarke left an ambitious legacy as he wrapped up his two year long Brunei lecture series entitled "The delivery of a low carbon society: beyond rhetoric?" Addressing an audience at ICE headquarters Clarke, an ICE Fellow, challenged the industry to step up and seize on the opportunity to drive the creation of a low carbon society created by years of hard work to promote the need for engineers.
