The most important point in a parallel system is to share data. In order to manage data by plural processors without any contradiction, the parallel system must guarantee the consistency of data. "Multi-System Control Processor" offers various kinds of functions to manage efficiently a share of data. This paper describes the principal function and configura- tion of the Multi-System Control Processor.
