This paper describes two technologies that are applica- ble to LSI and PCB: first, it focuses on the novel low impedance line structure component (LILC) for the power line de-coupler: Secondly, it is concerned with the novel signal trace design methodology. It includes the fol- lowings: The first one is the analogy that the signal prop- agation in the digital circuit can be regarded as the charge or discharge phenomenon of the capacitance in the wires and the gate of ET by the electromagnetic wave: the second one is the design method of attenuat- ing the transient vibration by the resistance.
