ASNE day 2006: Frank G. Law Award

Rear Admiral Holloway has been one of the most active and influential members of the ASNE leadership for many years. A life member of the Society, he first joined ASNE in 1977. His participation and influence span the full range of the Society's activities, and his efforts are invariably focused on the issues of greatest strategic importance to the Society. From serving as President, Vice President, and as Chair or member of various committees to participating in more than 61 Society events since the early 1990s and volunteering for a number of ad hoc efforts, his contributions have been varied and significant.
