Good morning and welcome to the final day of ASNE Day. As President of ASNE, I have the honor and privilege to intro- Duce our Keynote speaker. James H. Webb, Jr. Has had a brilliant career as a Marine Officer, attorney, public servant, and best selling author and journalist. He graduated from the United States Naval Academy with the Class of 1968 receiving the Superintendent's Commendation for outstanding leadership contributions while a midshipman.
