Epigenomics of medulloblastoma

摘要

Medulloblastoma is the most common malignant childhood brain tumour. This study presents a comprehensive genome-wide DNA-methylation data set from human and mouse tumours, coupled with analysis ofhistone modifications, RNA transcripts and genome sequences. The analysis uncovers a wealth of alterations in the methylome and should help to identify new targets for potential therapeutic intervention.
