摘要

Evelyn Field says most bullies would be horrified to be called a bully. For most of them, it would come as a total shock.rnYet, she says in most instances these people have been involved in these types of behaviours for many years. "They've been introduced to bullying at home, they've practised it at school and they've been doing it all the way through their careers."rnSuddenly, however, someone confronts them or the staff turnover is abnormally high and the employer becomes concerned. The reaction from the perpetrator is usually, "No-one has ever told me about this, why now?"
