During the pre-federal election leaders' debate, Prime Minister Gillard invoked her 'delivery' of new OHS laws for Australia as one of the two accomplishments that best demonstrate she has the courage of her convictions and can 'stand against the mob'. It was reminiscent of George Bush standing triumphantly aboard an aircraft carrier, flanked by a banner declaring 'mission accomplished'.
