Aseries of work incidents may have caused a Commonwealth employee's degenerative diseases to flare up temporarily but they did not accelerate them in any lasting manner, the Administrative Appeals Tribunal (AAT) has ruled.rnThe employee, who suffers from osteoarthritis and pseudogout in his left knee, appealed against a Comcare decision denying him compensation in respect of varying degrees of incapacity for work between October 1, 2007 and March 15, 2008.
