Incident investigation training resources

Safety Wise offers free ICAM Incident Investigation resources including incident reconstruction videos and sample reports to assist with training and toolbox talks. There is no sign-up required. The first video in the training series is related to a near-miss incident involving two labourers who were nearly struck by mobile plant while working on a road construction project. The video discusses the importance of separation of tasks, risk assessments and communication in the workplace.
