Identification of the need to modernise and improve the management of health and safety motivated DHA to become a Leader within the industry and government. Through setting goals, DHA has maintained certification against the International Standard for OHS, reduced total recordable injury freguency rate (TRIFR), achieved a good rating on its WHS management and continues to be invited to share its approach across the public service and wider industry.
