La France est disponible et possède l'expérience et les outils adaptés pour aider les pays africains à réaliser cette révolution. Les défis à relever sont nombreux mais cela est une étape indispensable sur le chemin de la sécurité et du développement.%The recent developments in the security situation in most regions of the continent have led African states to transform their society-centred armed forces into active forces. This phenomenon raises questions as to the African peace and security architecture and also highlights the role of international actors such as the UN, the EU and bilateral partners. France is receptive and has the experience and appropriate tools to assist African countries in fulfilling this "revolution".
