To see what's new on the condo-hotel front, Multi-Housing News' Managing Editor Teresa Hein checked in with Fernanda Forman, director of marketing for residential development of the St. Regis and Luxury Collection brands at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide. Forman replied to MHN's questions about what directions the condo-hotel market is traveling in, after she returned from the annual MIPIM conference in Cannes, France and before heading off to Madeira. Forman's sched- uled to travel soon to Bali and Singapore to check out properties there before the monsoon season sets in.
