IS BIGFOOT ANIMAL OR ALIEN...OR BOTH?

In this age of fake news, conspiracy theories and video forgeries, scientific investigators are facing an onslaught of mystifying "facts" and "evidence" about the entity known as Bigfoot. There are currently a number of competing reality TV shows such as Bigfoot is Real, Expedition Big-foot: New Evidence, Monster Quest, Yeti Lives and Finding Bigfoot, to name a few of the prominent productions. These zealous cryptozoologists gather evidence and often stumble across genuine testimonials in an effort to claim resolution of one of the most puzzling of mankind's mysteries ... the existence of a flesh-and-blood animal, whether pre-human anthropoid, human hybrid or alien entity. After hearing and meeting David Paulides at a Phoenix MUFON meeting presentation, I was captivated by his search and rescue stories of unsolved cases. I read his 2008 book The Hoopa Project: Bigfoot Encounters in California, which lists 54 Bigfoot web sites and organizations. The captivating narrative jump-started my eccentric fixation on this controversial topic, which has now merged with science and the supernatural in the pursuit of truth.
