A witness in Bella Vista, Arkansas, reported seeing several pulsating blue lights in the sky fairly close to him, according to testimony in Case 112860. The reporting witness's wife also observed the lights, which were videoed. The witness was in his back yard at 8:32 p.m. on December 22,2020. In CMS, the witness wrote: "3-4 pulsating blue lights. One light, around 50-100 feet ahead of the 'main' lights. It kept pulsating from one solid to 3-4.I got pictures." Arkansas MUFON Arthur Lawless closed this case as Unknown Aerial Vehicle. In his report, Lawless stated: "The pictures and video evidence do indicate a set or sets of strobing or pulsing blue lights of what appears to be an object hovering with slight movement and silent. The objects were also fairly close to the witness and near treetop levels. The area behind his home is rural woods and hills."The main witness stated during the phone interview with Lawless that the lead light emitted a blueish-white beam of light to the east; although this doesn't appear in the still pictures or videos that were taken, the witness makes note of it during one video.
