State Director Bill Weber is the State Director of MUFON in Delaware, a Certified Field Investigator and a STAR Team Member. His background is electrical engineering, and he currently holds three U.S. patents. He has been with MUFON for the last 26 years, starting as a Journal Subscriber, Field Investigator, SSD, Chief Investigator up to State Director for Pennsylvania. Bill has presented his research on local TV and out-of-state radio programs as well as local organizations in the area. He has stepped down from Pennsylvania and accepted the responsibility of State Director for Delaware since 2017. Bill is also a volunteer at the local VA hospital in Pennsylvania, involved in recreation and interaction with the patients there.
