The Strange Encounter of FEDEX Flight FX82 MUFON Case # 107281

FEDEX pilot Erik Delgado had done the route many times before. FX82 was an almost daily flight from Queretaro International Airport, just north of Mexico City, to Memphis, Tennessee. On this particular flight the cargo was nothing special-auto parts from a nearby Ford Motor Company plant in Cuautitlan, Mexico. It was March 19,2020. The three-year-old Boeing 767-3S2F was scheduled to depart for Memphis at 8:05 P.M. Central Standard Time but was delayed fifty minutes. Its actual arrival time in Memphis would be two hours and twenty-six minutes later, after crossing one time zone east-bound and arriving at 12:20 a.m. Central Daylight Time on March 20th.
