Mercury (magnitude -0.5 to -0.4): Moving from Ophiuchus into Sagittarius. For northern hemisphere observers Mercury will begin the month standing low over the southwest horizon at sunset and will setrnbelow the southwest horizon about 1 hour after sunset; by the end of the third weekrnMercury will be at its highest point above the western horizon after which it will drop towards the horizon; at month's end Mercury will stand low over the southwest horizon at sunset and will set below the west-southwest horizon about 3/4 hour later.
