Robert Coley was just appointed to position of Chief Investigator for North Carolina. Over a year agor Robert agreed to act as ASD for North Carolina. At that time NC MUFON was ranked at the bottom of the list in 47th Place. We had well over 150 old cases that had not been investigated over the years.rnRobert went to work in cleaning up the CMS data base for North Carolina. He recruited several newer investigators to help. They contacted witnesses and worked many of the old cases to completion. Earlier this year, North Robert Coley has a distinguished career. He practiced law for over 30 years. He was a member of the Bars of Georgia, Alabama and Washington DC. In addition to private practice, he also worked for the Department of Justice and the State of Georgia, in various law enforcement related capacities.
