State Director challenges MUFON chapters to double their membership in 2011

From looking at the MUFON member break-down by state and country in the December issue of the Journal, it should be painfully apparent that the survival and vitality of MUFON depend on increasing the membership base.To that end, I have issued a challenge to the members of the states for which I serve as director. That challenge is to double our membership this year. I've asked every one of my members to: recruit one more member, hand out our MUFON business cards and literature, direct someone to the MUFON Web site, invite a friend to a MUFON meeting, or invite a skeptic to a MUFON meeting! In short, I'd like to see everyone in our organization get involved in helping us grow.
