When regal marine unveiled its FasTrac hull a few years ago, I was Optical. The bottom of that first boat with its radical scoops and transverse step looked a bit like a map of the lunar surface. But now that I've conducted a sea trial of the new Regal 2750 Cuddy, I see my initial doubts about the running surface were unfounded. Regal has successfully integrated this now-proven hull form into its sportboat line.
