There is an old axiom in public speaking that suggests there are three rules that must be followed for a presentation to be a success. You have to tell your audience what you're going to tell them, tell them, and then tell them what you just told them. It sounds almost insulting and more than a little redundant, but after years of delivering speeches and seminars I can tell you that it works far better when you "Tell 'em!" than when you don't.
