Replacing struts really can be simple, if you watch out for a few things: 1.Explain to the customer why you're replacing both sides if only one is leaking or noisy. Most experts recommend replacing shocks or starts (or springs and most other front-end components) in pairs, but there's been a bit of a backlash against this practice. Explaining that one side needs replacing, but the other one is just highly recommended leaves the customer in control of their money and creates a sense of trust and professionalism.
