摘要

The well-known homogenization method is developed for the case of bodies whose structure is periodic in two directions and is not periodic in the third direction (for example, for reinforced concrete slabs where layers of reinforcement are replaced by effective layers). A number of effective characteristics of reinforced concrete layers under elastoplastic deformation are studied. The problem on bending for a reinforced concrete slab under "soft" impact is solved on the basis of the characteristics obtained. A comparison with known experimental data is given.
