In the Handysize sector, "KS Flora" (35,678 dwt, blt 2015, Tsuneishi HI) saw $15.5m when she was sold to European buyers, BWTS fitted. Sister units "Seas 5" & "Seas 11" (37,200 dwt, bit 2013/12, Zhejiang Ouhua) sold en bloc at $22m to clients of Alliance Maritime. The "Thurgau" (32,790 dwt, blt 2011, Universe Shipbuilding Yangzhou) concluded to Greeks for $6.7m. Undisclosed buyers obtained the "King Sugar" (28,196 dwt, blt 2010, l-S Shipyard) for a reported $7.25m while the "Seacliff" (28,343 dwt, blt 2009, Imabari) saw $6.7m. The "Idship Bulker" (28,361 dwt, bit 2008, Imabari) was finalised at $7.8m and the "Global Endeavor" (32,139 dwt, blt 2008, Hakodate Dock) has reportedly gone to Vietnamese interests for $8.6m. The "Genco Champion" (28,445 dwt, blt 2006, Shimanami Zosen) obtained $6.6m from Greek interests whilst "Fortune Bay" (28,671 dwt, blt 2006, Shin Kochi) has been tied up for mid $6m's to Vietnamese buyers. Chinese interests are behind the acquisition of the "Panforce" (28,200 dwt, blt 2004, Imabari) for $5.9m. Undisclosed Vietnamese interests are believed to be behind a deal which saw the "V Red Knot" (32,700 dwt, blt 2003, Kanda) tied up for $6.3m. The "Ocean Exporter" (28,461 dwt, blt 2002, Imabari) was finalised at $4.95m while the "Ho Bao" (23,649 dwt, bit 2001, Shin Kochi) went to Chinese buyers for $4.2m. The "Anodos" (29,409 dwt, bit 2000, Bohai) also sold to Chinese interests at $4.25m while the "Forza" (28,564 dwt, blt 1997, Kanada) was picked up by a Chinese firm for $3.2m.
