Bullock to improve Balfour Beatty

Mark Bullock has been appointed as Director of Operational Improvement for Balfour Beatty Rail. He will be responsible for reviewing current operating processes, with the aim of creating best practice solutions for use across the company. Mr Bullock has more than 20 years'senior level experience in infrastructure and utilities (with previous employers including BAA and EDF).
