THE RAIL North Partnership is to work with operators to develop a new'passenger promise'to ensure passengers are the central focus of decision-making. The outcome is a key recommendation from the Blake Jones review, headed up by Leeds City Council leader Cllr Judith Blake and former Rail Minister Andrew Jones, identifying actions to ensure there is no repeat of the disruption following the May 2018 timetable change.
