Roll-formed belts drive pop-up wheel sorter

Reaching speeds up to 400 feet per minute, the multi-belt MB30 pop-up wheel sorter handles 130+ cartons per minute. Featuring roll-formed belts the conveyor employs ABEC-1 precision bearings to reduce belt pull for long belt life, quiet operation and reduced horsepower requirements. Five rows of high-friction divert wheels make positive contact with the product, lift it off the belts and divert it onto a 30-degree take-away. Powered by the main conveyor, the divert wheels require no additional drives.
