Convey tiny products on powered mini-roller conveyor

Incorporating individually powered rollers on 1.5-inch centers, the powered mini-roller conveyor transports goods as small as 3 inches for very low-pressure accumulation. The drive system employs plastic spools on a powered mim-lineshaft connected to each roller with round polyurethane belts. The spools transmit sufficient torque to drive the carrying rollers (but slip upon overload) resulting in low pressure, low noise and low power consumption. With between-frame dimensions ranging from 6 to 24 inches, speeds adjust from 10 to 80 feet per minute and 24-volt DC motors power the unit. For safety, the line-shaft is housed completely within an extruded aluminum side frame to eliminate exposure to moving parts. The conveyors come completely assembled in 60-inch long, pre-wired modules.
