REDPRAIRIE HAS RECENTLY added the expertise of three software companies to its portfolio. RedPrairie (www.redprairie.com) has acquired: 1. Shippers Commonwealth, a provider of software-as-a-service transportation management systems and collaborative transportation solutions; 2. SofTechnics, a provider of integrated retail enterprise solutions and inventory management solutions that has been serving customers for more than 20 years; and • Escalate Retail, a provider of all-channel commerce to specialty retailers, direct marketers and bigticket retailers.
