Daifuku Webb to acquire Wynright

Daifuku webb holding company, a subsidiary of Daifuku Co. Ltd., and Wynright Corp. announced they have reached a definitive agreement for Daifuku Webb to acquire privately owned Wynright. Under the agreement, Wynright will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of Daifuku Webb. The acquisition is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2013. "The acquisition of Wynright will strengthen our business in North America and greatly improve the services and products we offer our customers, which is always our focus," said Brian Stewart, chairman, president and CEO of Daifuku Webb.
