Due to customers' requests for 24-hour service support, smaller batch sizes and wider product ranges, a Vertical Buffer Module product family—starting with the LR 35 storage and retrieval unit—has been released. Capable of fast delivery when picking small parts, particularly from bins, totes and trays in small-and medium-sized warehouses, the LR 35 features a shelf system comprised of automatic bin handling and picking stations, along with its own logistics software. In comparison to other common storage solutions, including mini-load systems, the LR 35 provides an ROl in less than one year. It is also more energy efficient than other common storage solutions, and it requires less space.
