Vertical lift modules open a door for knob company

The Rogan Corp. is the United States' premier knob supplier. It makes 13,000 designs. With that kind of variety, its products are constantly changing. And that, in turn, has pushed Rogan to improve its manufacturing process with the installation of new powered storage equipment. The company aimed to increase productivity while reducing manufacturing costs and freeing floor space. Utilization of five vertical lift modules (VLM) enables the company to meet these goals. Two VLMs are in the tool room, two in a work-in-process area, and one in the sample and prototype area.
