JTM Food Group opened the doors to its modest Cincinnati meat shop in the 1960s. Today, they're a prominent frozen food processor, grinding out more than $72 million dollars in annual sales. To handle this production volume, JTM built a 20,000-square-foot, sub-zero cold storage warehouse just outside of Cincinnati. With it came all the common headaches associated with that type of facility-high energy costs, product damage, lift truck issues, mediocre fulfillment accuracy, and high personnel turnover.
