Study of the Performances during a Task of Text Input with Soft Keyboards: First Characterization of Fatigue

摘要

This paper reports the use of Annie and Celine virtual keyboards, designed by these two motor disabled people (Spinal Muscular Atrophy). A whole of characteristic parameters of motor fatigue (the number of text inputs and average time of keyboarding one character) is defined. The performances of these two keyboards are compared with those of AZERTY virtual keyboard. The future works for diagnosis are then proposed.
