£1bn Morgan Sindall venture to go ahead

Brentwood BC has approved the formation of a £lbn joint venture with Morgan Sindall Investments. The 50:50 partnership, known as the Brentwood Development Partnership, will build developments on council land over a 30-year period. Brentwood will contract through its wholly-owned company, Seven Arches Investments.
